The staff at grand Alin hotel were so welcoming and friendly when we stayed there in July. Thanks to everyone. I’d happily recommend the place.

The reception was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There aren't many options around, I guess, but the breakfast and service were terrible.

I’ve stayed in a lot of different places as an INSPECTOR, so I pay attention to the service. My visit on April 13-14, 2026 left me incredibly pleased, and I’d want to stay here again. The manager and reception staff were polite, friendly, helpful, and focused on finding solutions. I also appreciated the comfortable hotel environment and the quality of the service. The pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were very clean and enjoyable, a great way to unwind after a long day. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the cleanliness and attentiveness made the hotel feel premium. 🙏🙏🙏☺️☺️☺️
