Deger 16 Residences

The street-facing apartment had some outside noise, though I enjoyed seeing that lively, beautiful street from the window, and another apartment inside the residence might be quieter. The security staff were very kind and helpful, and easy to reach whenever I needed them. They keep the residence secure and are available to assist. I had a wonderful two-week stay. My one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, so it felt easy to settle in. Nışantaşı was a real highlight, such an attractive, vibrant area that's great to explore on foot. The residence is about a 10-12 min walk from Osmanbey Metro Station, which gets you to, or close to, many famous tourist areas in Istanbul. A great choice if you like a central, scenic, energetic neighborhood.

Hospitality was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. I’ve just booked a superb two-bedroom apartment at Değer 16 Residences in Nişantaşı, and it has exceeded every expectation. The apartment feels peaceful and refined, even though it's right in the heart of Teşvikiye, surrounded by upscale shopping, lively cafés, and some of Istanbul's best restaurants. Everything is just steps away. Inside, the spacious rooms are stylish and beautifully designed, with interiors that balance elegance and comfort. Everything was impeccably maintained and felt like a home away from home. For a visit to Istanbul, I'd highly recommend Değer 16 for its location, design, and comfort. I look forward to returning.

We loved the flat, it was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Istanbul.

The staff made our stay, taking care of everything we needed from beginning to end with genuine attentiveness. We loved Değer 16 Residences. The suite was stunning and very spacious, like a high-end home away from home. It's right in the middle of everything but still feels like a private escape. One of the best stays we've had, everything was spot on.
