The spot is ideal, with the promenade, marina, restaurants, and shops all an easy walk away. The hotel feels cozy and classic, and it's impeccably clean. Staff are polite, quick to help, and speak several languages. Even during the coldest, snowiest weather, the rooms stay warm thanks to heated floors, and the internet works great. There's handy parking on site, and breakfast deserves a special mention, too. There's also a sweet cat in the lobby. I don't get the negative comments about it. Istanbul is a city of cats, and we're their guests, so be kind 😉 In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Tuzla, and it deserves 10 stars. Thanks so much, and see you again!

The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of choice, fresh food, and lovely presentation. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with every detail seeming to show care for guests. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were warm and professional and made us feel welcome. Chatto Hotel brings together comfort, elegance, and attentive service. We'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We spent almost a month here while my boyfriend was on a business trip, and we'd definitely come back. The staff were the best part, always friendly and ready to help with even little things. The rooms have a lovely antique look but all the comforts we needed, including a huge comfortable bed, Smart TV with Netflix, a mini fridge, and a bathroom with everything, plus a big shower. Breakfast was extensive each morning, and water and tea (çay) were available free h24. Free parking was included and was really convenient and spacious. You can also have lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant. Thanks to all the staff for being so kind and helpful. Greetings from Italy!

The internet could be faster, but that was a small issue. The staff were lovely, always smiling, and the food was fresh and local. The hotel is close to the beach, and I think you'd be satisfied staying here.

A memorable stay in a beautiful old-style building. The room was large, decorated traditionally, and easy to get to, with parking available.
