It's a quiet, pleasant location, run by a friendly family. The rooms are tiny, and the bathroom especially is cramped and pretty basic. There's no kettle or drinking water in the room. Breakfast is standard, but I expected a better selection for the Black Sea region of Turkey. We didn't get to try any local specialties, which was surprising since this was the only hotel where we didn't. Maybe one night would have been fine, but we stayed four and noticed the discomforts. The Wi-Fi also had problems every day, which got in the way. Maybe the provider in the area was at fault, but as hotel clients it was still a problem for us.

The woman at reception is so kind, gentle, and honest. She looks after her guests with real warmth.

Mr. Mustafa was friendly, respectful, and clearly hardworking. We didn't really get a chance to talk with the other employees. Breakfast was buffet style, with limited choices, but enough to eat. The honey was fantastic, I think it was honeycomb honey. Parking only fits 2-3 cars, though you can leave your car on the road. For the price, the service felt a little expensive compared with other places I've stayed in the Black Sea region. I came after reading the reviews, and the room had beautiful wood paneling and comfortable beds, but room 101 and the rooms beside it had a terrible location. Everyone used the balcony in front, so we couldn't open the window or draw the curtains. At the back, we were on the ground floor between two hotels, with very little privacy. We mostly just stayed inside the room. The bathroom was the worst part. There was no shower cabin, there was an awful sewage smell, and the toilet seat was broken and fell off several times. The bathroom window offered no more privacy than the room window and was visible from outside. I put up with it for one night, but if the other rooms are the same, I won't choose this place again.

We came across the place while passing through and decided to have dinner. The food was delicious, the decor was tasteful, and the staff were attentive, with reasonable prices. The sound of the stream and the music playing really appealed to us, so we ended up staying. Our room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was a wonderful spread, both in quality and variety, and the prices were reasonable too. I'd like to return and stay longer.
