Bademlik Otel

We stayed for three nights, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Our room was on the ground floor, the only option available when we booked. We were told it would be airy and spacious, but it wasn’t. There was almost no sound insulation: we could hear noise from other rooms through the walls, along with sounds from outside, and it was nearly impossible to sleep. The problems started as soon as we arrived, when we found a huge wasp in the room. I’m allergic to wasps, so my wife killed it herself. We told the owner, who kept asking, “What should we do?” and didn’t help. She later picked the wasp up from the floor with a cloth and took it away. There was no phone in the room to call reception, no water heater, and no hand towel in the bathroom. When we ran out of water, we had to catch a staff member by chance. They seemed surprised and said, “Water?” We also ran out of tissues and couldn’t find anyone to ask, and nobody once checked whether we needed anything. There was no headboard on the bed, just a small piece of wood with tiny spiders crawling out from its edges. Then, before 11 am on checkout day, the female owner tried to open our door, even though checkout was around noon. Luckily it was locked. When my wife questioned her, she said she thought we were the room checking out. How does that happen? Don’t they know to knock? We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and never had anything like this. We absolutely do not recommend this place. I don’t forgive them for the money we paid, they didn’t deserve it.

I visited Bademlik Hotel for the first time with friends, and we had a wonderful time. Mr. Poyraz and his friendly family gave us excellent service. Looking forward to seeing you again!
