The room itself was a letdown: damp, neglected walls, no hairdryer, and a toilet that leaked all night. We’d booked for three adults and my 15-year-old brother, and had already shared those details with the hotel. When we asked for a discount because the room didn’t seem worth the price, the woman there said rudely that she regretted accepting us. She also said my brother looked too big because he was tall, suggesting breakfast might be an issue. It felt judgmental and upsetting. We’d picked the hotel after seeing very positive Google reviews, especially from last season, and came for two nights over the holiday. There was no warm welcome. Just 15 minutes after we dropped off our bags and left for the beach, they demanded payment for the next day and said they wanted to take another reservation. We’d barely begun the stay. After that, we decided to leave and were stranded during the holiday period. We stayed only because we’d already paid for the room. The breakfast that caused all this fuss was pretty standard: bagels, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, a few jams, tea and eggs. Other hotels nearby serve similar food, but we’ve never encountered such unpleasant treatment elsewhere. The hotel is in a remote area, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. For the same price, there are cleaner, better quality hotels that are more welcoming.

We spent two nights here with our family over the holiday, and the owners made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Their warm, sincere hospitality really added to the trip. The guesthouse has a big, peaceful garden, with a swing where we enjoyed coffee and barbecue facilities we used in the evening. It’s calm and nicely kept, a good place to unwind. Our room was spotless and smelled lovely, and they clearly take hygiene seriously. Breakfast was fresh and tasty too. I’d recommend Yeşilyol Taş Ev Pansiyon to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable break from city life. Thanks to the owners for everything.

The peaceful atmosphere and central location were real pluses, and breakfast was both tasty and filling enough. My family and I stayed for two nights. The staff were attentive and friendly from check-in, and our room was clean, neatly set up, with very comfortable beds. We’d happily come back if we get the chance.

We had a very nice family weekend here. It takes about five minutes by car to reach the island center, and breakfast was adequate. I’d recommend it.
