Bertiz Mignon

We spent four days in Bozcaada and stayed at Bertiz Mignon. The hotel was spotless and perfectly located, but the garden was what made it feel so peaceful, an ideal spot for coffee and a book. Mrs. Mukadder painted the walls there herself; she's lovely, energetic, and clearly works incredibly hard. We also loved the homemade breakfast and the pastries she made. Mrs. Mukadder and Mr. Fahrettin made us feel so welcome. We'd happily choose Bertiz Mignon first if we return, and recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was the highlight, a generous, fresh spread the owners prepared each morning. Our room was bright, spacious, and clean, and the hosts made us feel at home from the start. Bertiz Mignon sits on a quiet little street, yet the restaurants, cafés, and shops are only steps away. We also loved the sunny, plant-filled patio for meals, reading, or catching up with friends. Bozcaada is a wonderful place, and this was a great base for enjoying it.

The hosts were so welcoming, and breakfast was the best we had on the island. We’ll definitely be back!

We were able to walk to cafés, restaurants, beaches, and many other spots from this hotel, right in the center of the island. Getting around was easy, and we didn't feel far from anything during our holiday. The warm welcome made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Ms. Mukadder and Mr. Fahrettin clearly take care with every detail. Our room was roomy and practical, with lovely decor, spotless surfaces, fresh-smelling towels and linens, and everything felt clean. Whenever we had a question or needed something, they responded right away and handled it with real warmth and professionalism. We had a comfortable, peaceful stay, and we'd happily return on our next trip. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel :)
