Alya Suit

I felt safe staying here, and everything was just right for me. Nothing negative to mention.

They quoted different prices over the phone for different hotels. Even though we had agreed on a room for six, there were beds for only five. The staff were way too casual with us. When we asked for a bed, they said things like, “We can give you a mattress, you can sleep on the floor,” and then wanted extra money for it. I definitely wouldn’t go.

At 19:30 on 06.03.2026, we were treated at reception like enemies instead of customers. The man there spoke harshly and used such an overly familiar tone. When did we become friends? I don’t know. We won’t be back, since we’d rather avoid getting beaten up.

We booked a 1+1 room for three, but on arrival they claimed we were late, said they’d given it to someone else, and tried to move us into a more expensive room. We turned that down, and the receptionist got surly and treated us worse than if they’d thrown us out. This place is a disgrace. It doesn’t deserve even one star.
