Heros Hotels Bozcaada

We had planned to head back to Izmir after one night on the third day of our holiday, but we liked the location and service so much that we added another night and day to explore the island. So glad we did. Our room was clean, the linens smelled fresh, and we really liked the rooms. In the morning they brought a private breakfast to our room. We'd happily stay in the same place again when we return to Bozcaada 🙏😍

It was a pleasant stay and the hotel itself was clean and nice, but we felt the owner and staff could have shown more care. We arrived at 12 and were told check-in was at 14. We agreed to check in then and left our bags at reception; they said they'd bring them up once the room was ready. When we returned that evening, the luggage was still sitting under the reception table. We also didn't see anyone when we checked out, so we left without speaking to anyone. Check-out was listed as 11, though we think it should normally be 12. It might be a good option again, but guests expect a bit of attention.

The family who run this place were so warm, friendly, and attentive that we felt right at home. It really captures Bozcaada's lovely spirit. We only managed one night and wished we'd had longer. You can book with confidence, thanks so much for everything!
