Güney Termal & Spa Hotel

We chose this place because it was near our workplace, and I’ve never written a hotel review before. I’d give it zero points if I could. The floors are so slippery that you can fall, and when I told a staff member I’d fallen and asked if they could help, they judged me and asked how it happened, saying this had never happened before. The rooms and showers are awful. There’s air conditioning but no remote, water but no usable shower, and no hairdryer. I don’t recommend going there.

The business shows no interest at all, and it’s shockingly irresponsible. The woman at reception was especially unhelpful and acted as though it didn’t matter whether she had a customer or not. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

Güneysu Hotel was just as good this time as it was when we visited years ago. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive as always. Breakfast was perfect, with plenty of variety and everything very fresh. We felt right at home. It’s become a classic for us, and we’ll definitely come back! ☀️🍃

Even during a holiday, it was very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool was clean and calm, and the sauna was clean and nice too. Our room had a hot and cold thermal water bath, so we could enjoy it privately instead of sharing with other people. Breakfast was quite adequate, with a variety of hot and cold snacks. The staff were very friendly. A nice family hotel if you’re looking for a quiet holiday.
