I’ve been here for about a month and am very satisfied. The rooms are clean and look good, and whenever there’s a problem, the well-managed team is available to help. I’d recommend it for either a short visit or a longer stay.

The location is ideal, about 100m from the M5 metro station, and the prices are good. It’s a clean, good hotel for a solo traveler, with welcoming, helpful staff. Just be aware there’s no elevator.

Stayed for a week and had a really good time. The room was clean and had nice facilities, including the TV. The front desk staff were so welcoming and kind, and helped us figure out routes to nice places. I’d definitely book again when I’m back in beautiful Istanbul. Thanks, team of mesto altunizade.

Quiet and clean, with good service. Very close to all the transport options.

We ended up staying in the third room for two days because we’d prepaid through Booking.com. It was disgusting and extremely unhygienic, with mosquitoes and other nasty things on the floor. Nobody cleaned the room on day two, and we didn’t get fresh towels. When we asked, the older man at reception was disrespectful and unfriendly. He said they didn’t provide that service, claimed no hotel did, and told us we could leave. That was absurd. The first room was dirty too, with streaks all over the toilet and chewing gum stuck to the floor. In the second room they offered, the bathroom light didn’t work.
