10/10
Getting around was easy, with main tourist attractions, buses, taxis, trams, and stores nearby. The shops right beside the hotel were pricier, though, so I'd suggest walking along the street to find others. The room was peaceful and had a pretty nice view. Breakfast ran from 7-10 AM, tasted good, and was cooked properly. Staying a few minutes past breakfast time was no problem. Daily room cleaning was good and fast, with fresh towels and hygiene products. The hotel itself was very nice for location, staff, and what it offered. The staff were helpful and sorted out any issues in under five minutes. One taller, slimmer staff member with curlyish hair was especially nice and helpful. The people, mood, and vibe were really good. Great experience, I'd recommend it and will definitely come back.

Renovations were going on from 9h to 20h30 on a floor where people were staying, and it was super noisy. When we spoke to reception, they were dismissive and said it was normal and we had to accept it. They also painted room doors at 10 am while people were sleeping. Some people's clothes were ruined because of it.

Aynur is a wonderful and polite member of the hotel staff. She keeps the rooms clean and tidy in an impressive, lovely way, and speaks very politely.

The rooms were tidy, the service was good, and breakfast had plenty of choices. It’s an easy place to stay in Fatih, close to Shehzade Cami and within walking distance of Istanbul’s sights. I’d recommend it.
