I’ve stayed in three-star hotels in Ardahan and Artvin for work, and they still had service. Here, all I got was a bed, with no hygiene. There were no bathroom towels, drinking water, or breakfast, and the room was cold. I went to reception twice about the freezing radiator, but they told me the boiler would be on soon, which wasn’t true. I only stayed because I had to. I travel around the country for my job, and I can’t understand the positive reviews from people who are staying here. I’ll never stay in Bulanık again.
