The sea was lovely, though the rocky bottom made it hard to walk in. We mostly spent time by the pool with the staff member. The rest of our five-night stay was very disappointing. Our room was neglected, the bathroom smelled, and water under the sink made the odor worse. Tap water was seawater and not drinkable. There was no prayer room, and cleaning was poor. They were supposed to change the sheets every three days, but sometimes staff left without changing them, saying they were clean. The food was awful. We got chicken every day and were fed up with it; when fish was served, it wasn't appetizing to look at or eat. On the second day, we asked the manager if we could leave. He said our stay could be shortened by two or three days and promised improvements, which persuaded us to remain. Nothing changed. I wouldn't recommend going. If you want a terrible experience and to waste your money, go ahead.

The only thing I liked was the sea. The rooms are old and neglected, the towels never get changed, and the pool had plastic bottles in it. People were getting sick and picking up germs, and the place didn't seem hygienic. There were very few staff, and they seemed inexperienced and unwilling to work. The food was mediocre, with barely any chicken beyond schnitzel. If that fills you up, good for you. We arrived around 9 a.m. and were told our room wouldn't be ready until 3. When we asked for breakfast, they said no, breakfast wouldn't start until noon. The money felt wasted. The pools and other facilities were poor, but a more welcoming attitude from the staff would at least have made the stay tolerable. The person called "public relations" actually scolded guests. It's not even a guesthouse, let alone a hotel. I wish we'd paid a bit more and gone to the Cunda area. The clientele's socio-cultural level was also very low. Never again. I've learned my lesson and will pay attention to reviews next time.

Even french fries weren't available. When we asked, they said they didn't buy them or get them from outside. Breakfast was the same pastry each day, sometimes just one type. We ended up buying things at the market or eating out. There were no activities or special meals for children, and the bar was far from the pool. We were there from the 17th to the 21st, and the rooms were dirty and neglected, with a strong smell in both the room and bathroom. Opening the glass door to air it out brought an even worse sewage smell from outside. The pools were filthy, full of insects, hair, and sand. In five days, I never saw them being cleaned. There weren't enough loungers, so it was a free-for-all at dawn. It's poor value for money. You could stay in an apartment or guesthouse and eat out for the same cost, and have a nicer holiday. I wouldn't go near the place again. Please take the negative reviews seriously.

The staff were friendly, and our room was clean. Ms. Iclal at the bar was especially welcoming. The pool got crowded and cloudy quickly, so swimming at busy times was difficult. The sea was stony, which made getting in and out hard. Our bathroom leaked, but each time we called, someone came and dealt with it right away. The appetizers were good, and we mostly ate those. Chicken dishes at lunch and dinner were enjoyable, but the vegetables were roughly chopped and undercooked. Chickpeas, beans, and other legumes were always undercooked too. Breakfast sausage and salami were poor quality and almost raw; plain eggs would have been better. We stayed five days, and considering the price, the hotel offers good amenities. You can find places with fewer facilities for the same money, so I'd call this good value.
