The manager, Elgin, was professional, warm, and helpful the whole time, and made me feel welcome. As a motorcycle rider, I was glad to find a gated carpark close to Otel 28, since secure parking matters a lot to me. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. I'd happily recommend it to visitors, especially other motorcyclists looking for somewhere safe and comfortable to rest.

For our Eastern Black Sea Tour on May 27, 2026, Arastur arranged this hotel for us. It was genuinely clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone was very kind. The cleanliness and friendly staff more than earned five stars from me ♥️😉

The kitchen team and reception were so welcoming, which made our stay a pleasure. We came in with pretty low expectations during our Black Sea trip, but found the hotel clean and decent, and it worked perfectly for our family. Thank you!
