Didim Hotel Ella

It’s much better than when we were here last time, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. The hotel is across from the police station, so it’s not right by the beach. That suited us, since the beach area gets noisy in the evenings. The building itself isn’t very pleasant to look at, and the garden seemed neglected, with lots of building materials around. The pool and restaurant downstairs were also in poor condition, though those things can be fixed.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s a great place, and I’m very grateful for the kindness.

It’s a nice hotel, which makes the poor customer service a shame. A less cute hotel could still feel better if the service were kind. Our rooms were three hours late, and after my friends and I called Expedia to cancel, the staff laughed and made fun of us in Turkish. Sad, because it really is a nice hotel.

The room was in terrible shape, and a burst pipe left it flooding. I told the staff on the first day, but they said there was nothing they could do because no other rooms were available. The shower swung between scalding hot and freezing cold, and they didn't clean the room until we were out. Very poorly maintained, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
