I need to apologize for my earlier comment. It was meant for a different hotel we’d canceled, and I mixed them up because the names were similar. I deleted it as soon as I realized. My family, friends, and I have now stayed at your hotel twice, four years ago and again this year. It’s clean, pleasant, and small, with a warm atmosphere. The woman who greeted us at breakfast was so kind, and her lovely motherly Turkish words made our stay more enjoyable. Unlike the other hotels I’ve visited in Turkey, the staff spoke fluent English and kindly explained the city and its sights. They treated me with respect and kindness and explained everything. The location is great: restaurants, shops, and passages are all walkable. We had a car and they provided parking, but we didn’t need it during our stay. Thanks a lot.

Clean and tidy, with a good breakfast and very friendly, welcoming staff. The price is good for what you get, and the location is perfect for walking around Erzurum to reach what you need. Palandöken ski area is just a few minutes away by taxi. I’ll stay here again next time.

The location is the only reason I’m giving a star. The online prices are too high for this place. Our room was small, and noise from other rooms carried through the walls. The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door shut, and the shower flow was very slow. The sheets looked clean and felt comfortable, but the pillow was so hard it made for my worst night ever. Breakfast was poor, and some vegetables didn’t look clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s just for one night and you don’t mind these issues.

A few staff members were excellent, especially Hakan, and the central location in Erzurum is a plus. But the room had several broken or nonworking items, there was no hot water or A.C, and the hotel wasn’t cleaned very well. I’d consider it for a night or two if you need to stay in the city center.

Please avoid this place if you can. The staff were completely inadequate, perhaps on drugs, and their wild behavior at reception frightened us. We canceled our stay and had to leave in a hurry. I’m posting under a false name because the experience was really scary. This happened during winter 2021-2022.
