This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It was dirty, smelled of cigarettes everywhere, had no hot water at the bathroom sink, and only two of the four bulbs worked. Pretty much everything in the room needs fixing.

A good-sized place.

Avoid this place. The attitude was terrible, and there was no interest in helping us. Room cleaning was practically nonexistent, the rooms were freezing, and the toilet leaked from upstairs. There was dampness, and none of the furniture was usable.

The location worked well, but the room really let it down. It needs maintenance, and in the middle of an Erzurum winter the heating only came on at night. Even then the room was lukewarm, and we were cold for our whole stay.

The staff were kind and respectful, and the service felt worth what we paid. Rooms were cleaned every day, with the shared areas kept tidy too. The cafeteria was especially good at breakfast and dinner. It's a lovely, high-quality place, and I'd recommend it.
