The breakfast was included in the price, but after we arrived with our dog, we were told we couldn’t eat it. The man serving breakfast shouted at us in Turkish and became aggressive; I don’t speak Turkish, but I recognized some insulting words, and it nearly turned into a fight. The receptionist tried to be pleasant, though they didn’t offer any way for us to have breakfast after refusing us entry to the dining area. I understand that expecting a pet-friendly place in Eastern Turkey may be unrealistic, but this area didn’t feel very welcoming to people either, especially foreigners. I’m giving two stars because the administrator at least tried to be kind and didn’t pick a fight. There’s only street parking, despite the listing saying the hotel has parking.

One night was enough for me to try two rooms, and both had the same problems: cigarette smoke and a strong smell, noisy surroundings, and dirty sheets. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and breakfast was poor. The receptionist didn’t speak English. This was the most horrible hotel.

I stayed for seven nights and was really comfortable. The rooms are roomy, and the old town is an easy walk away. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the money, and I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s about a ten-minute walk to the main attractions, and the prices are good for the area. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. Everyone was welcoming and kind; they don’t speak English, but they do their best to make themselves understood. There’s also a nearby bus to the ski resort, so you can use this hotel for a ski trip. Contact them directly for a better price.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was a lovely extra. I had an incredible stay, with top-notch service throughout. Manager Ömer Çatalkaya was especially helpful during my visit. Highly recommended!
