We stayed in two separate double rooms, and both impressed us. They were spotless, modern, and clearly renovated recently. The warm, ambient lighting was a welcome change from the harsh white lights I really dislike in many Turkish hotels. The walls were well insulated, and the immaculate entrance had a lovely fresh scent. The owners and staff were thoughtful, hospitable, and passionate about their work. They even teamed up with a university lecturer and the local municipality to build a website that helps tourists find things to do in the city. That initiative stood out. I've stayed at many random hotels around Turkey, and the value isn't always this good. Here, the price-quality ratio was outstanding. It's a real gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Erzurum.

The central location is convenient, and the hotel has its own parking, so there was no need to hunt for a place to leave the car. Our room was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's a tidy, comfortable hotel that meets guests' needs, with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Better than many five-star hotels, in my view. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the city.

The room was small, but the mattress was good quality, and the linens and towels were very clean. It was warm in the room, and there is street parking in front of the hotel. The price was reasonable, making it a good choice for a night in Erzurum. The hotel is brand-new and very clean, with everything shining. Its style felt more Turkish than European, lots of mirrors and shine, but in a good way. Breakfast was decent, though there was no real coffee, and the staff don't speak English.

I stayed overnight on a business trip and would highly recommend it. The service was perfect, everyone was friendly, and the repairs were good quality. The room was on the small side, but for just one night that wasn't a problem.
