The breakfast was surprisingly good, with much more variety than at many hotels in the same category. I’ve stayed here twice, and both visits were very pleasant. Everything feels well looked after. The hotel is very clean, the staff are polite and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the guest bathroom amenities. They made the stay even more comfortable. It seems like great value for the price. I’d definitely stay again when visiting Erzurum.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are genuinely lovely. My only downside is that soundproofing between rooms could be better, since noise carries a bit.

Even with no rooms showing online, I reached out on WhatsApp and they kindly arranged two rooms for us right away. The manager greeted us personally and made us feel valued. From the first moment, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and offered complimentary drinks like coffee, a lovely touch. Otel Zade was extremely clean and hygienic. They also provided thoughtful amenities, including toothbrush and toothpaste sets, a shaving kit, and an in-room safe box. It felt safe, spotless, and very hospitable. Highly recommended.
