The rooms were filthy and smelled awful. The kitchen wasn’t even usable for boiling water, never mind cooking. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Go there if you want to waste money and feel humiliated.

There was dust everywhere, and we couldn’t find soap or toilet paper. The sinks and curtains were filthy, and the sheets looked worse than unwashed, so we couldn’t sleep in the beds. We were paying a lot, and still the sinks weren’t cleaned. Service was awful too: they came into our room at 10 am without knocking. The photos showed a washing machine, but none of the rooms had one. We’d called several times to ask when checkout was, yet they came to our door in the morning and literally kicked us out. We’ve never stayed anywhere worse. Don’t go and waste your money just to be humiliated.

We booked three nights through a friend, but the room was so disgusting when we walked in that we left right away. I don’t think the sheets had been changed. The bathroom was awful, the faucet was broken, and there was a huge hole in the ceiling that made us worry something might come out. A leopard plush toy on the sofa was caked in what looked like years of greasy dirt. They insist everything is in good condition and won’t admit how dirty it is. I’d never recommend this place. Ms. Saadet, you’re a terrible business owner.

It was a complete disappointment, and the attitude we got made it worse. The rooms smelled so damp that we could barely breathe, so we had to sleep with the window open. Everything was filthy, and I doubt the sheets had ever been changed. You’ll just waste your money here.
