Arasta Konak Otel

The hotel is in a lovely spot, and the people working here are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. It's a unique place, a 200-year-old konak. If you're visiting Eskişehir, I highly recommend staying here.

I wanted an old boutique hotel in Eskisehir and didn't want a stay that felt like being in a hotel. The floors creak, yes, and it is an old refurbished townhouse, but that's part of the charm. It's beyond cute, and the look of the place took me back to my grandmother's house. The bed was so comfortable, despite what some people say. I was here in December and the central heating was great. It's a charming, noisy little hotel from another time, exactly what I needed this week. I rested and slept so much, and I'd come back for the vibes. Breakfast is very reasonable, and the staff are very nice. I look at some reviews and wonder if people did their research before staying. I'm not taking off any stars because it was exactly what I expected, maybe even a little better. Such a quaint little hotel in a pretty little city.

Breakfast was cooked fresh for each guest, and the staff were friendly. The building and decor are lovely, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a large free parking lot a two-minute walk away, and the location is good. The room felt cramped despite being large, though, and it was very noisy. The floorboards creaked, and from the first floor I could hear everything happening outside. The shower wouldn’t drain and its head was broken.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. Getting there by car is a problem, though, since there’s nowhere nearby to park. The room had no air conditioning, the place felt old, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The floors creak, and with a hookah lounge across the street, it was hard to get a decent night's sleep.
