Puding Hotel

The location in Kaleiçi, Antalya, made it easy to get around, with everything close by and a tourist-friendly feel, yet the area and hotel stayed quiet. Even over New Year, it was peaceful and we slept well. We enjoyed the varied, tasty breakfasts, the park-like courtyard where you could sit and relax, and the well-kept grounds, including the pool. We were there from December 30 to January 6, and the hotel was much more organized and lovely than we expected. From arrival we felt welcome. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and changed the towels and bed linen often. Staff were kind, responsive, and happy to help with requests. When we celebrated a birthday, they even brought dessert to our room, a thoughtful touch. The wellness options were another good part of the stay. There’s a sauna and massage service. My husband had a professional medical massage with Ramzan and felt significantly better afterward. We were extremely satisfied, enjoyed our time there, and would gladly come back. Many thanks to the Puding Hotel team for a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was a good selection, and we enjoyed eating outside. The restaurant staff, Chep Lokman, Necip and the rest of the team, were always welcoming and efficient. Our modern, spacious standard room was refreshed daily, with clean towels and new bottles of water in the fridge each day. Beautiful hotel and grounds in an excellent location. Can definitely recommend a stay at The Puding Marina Hotel.

The location is brilliant, and the pool area is nice. Staff were professional and attentive, and the cleaning was excellent. Music from nearby bars carries on until 1am on weekends, but a reasonable pair of earplugs blocked it out, and I’m fussy about sleep. Breakfast had plenty of options, though not everything was to my taste. I’d definitely stay again.

There’s a good route down to the port right opposite the restaurant. It’s a better choice than the steps past the hotel, with the hotel on your right, since those steps are steep and uneven. If you have mobility issues, getting into most of the old town means climbing one of two steep roads. They’re not long climbs, so don’t let that put you off, but wear grippy shoes or trainers when it’s wet. The pool is a good size, with plenty of loungers in sun and shade. Even with a few guests saving beds in several spots, which is a pet peeve of mine, there were enough for everyone. There’s also a hammock and plenty of outdoor towels. The gym is small but adequate, with a treadmill, a multipurpose resistance area, and a small set of free weights. Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold food, with places to sit inside or outside. The hotel sits just above the port in the old town, in a quiet setting but near lots of restaurants and bars. Rooms are a good size, and our cleaner did an excellent job. We didn’t hear noise from next door, only the occasional late guest making a lot of noise on the way to their room, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
