Don't be fooled by the four-star review. It sounds like it came from the owners. The whole place reeked of cigarettes. Maybe the cleaning staff left a smoky ashtray, or maybe the towels and pillows came from the card game parlor next door. Either way, everything smelled. There were bandages left by previous guests in the shower, so its cleanliness was very questionable. The sink was never clean either, with water marks on the faucet and yellow stains around the edges. There was no breakfast.

The central location worked great for me, and for the price, I'd give it five stars. Parking is the one issue. There's none, so you have to look for a space on the side streets.

We were three people staying one night. It's very close to the center and adequate for the price, though cleanliness could be better. They should pay more attention to cleaning and improve that.

I paid 5,000 TL for New Year's Eve, then another 7,000 TL total to stay the following day. That night in Eskişehir was freezing, with the temperature down to -5 degrees Celsius. The apartment I booked had no stove to boil an egg on, and the room was dirty. The rooms were cold and there weren't any blankets. When I asked, they said they didn't have blankets and offered to give me a second one instead. I couldn't sleep from the cold. I checked out in the morning and asked for a refund for the other day, but they refused.
