The internet wasn't available when we tried to use it because the bill hadn't been paid, and it still didn't work the next day. The rooms were so dirty that touching anything made you feel dirtier. They also charged us more than the price we'd agreed on for the holiday. This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. Don't stay here if you don't want your money wasted and to be treated so badly.
It's central, clean, and spacious, and the owner is very attentive. I can recommend staying here.
I paid 600 TL for a room and had it for 45 minutes. There were several rooms available, and I chose one after we agreed on the price for one night, 600 TL, on April 31, 2023. I bought groceries and moved my things into the apartment, but then heard that my brother-in-law had died and had to leave right away. I told the owner what had happened and asked for a refund for the hourly rental. The owner replied, "But I told those who called that I didn't have any available apartments, so I can't give a refund." They did have several apartments available. With the funeral, I didn't want to get into an argument, but I think this goes against business ethics. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
There was no hot water, and the beds smelled bad. They first gave us rooms for 100 TL a day while they were empty, but the next day another customer was put in our room. We were told we'd have to pay 150 TL to move to a different room, which basically forced us out. The building owner said, "We have no empty rooms, get out!" Definitely avoid this place, you'll regret it.
We stayed for two days over the weekend and liked it. The sheets and everything were clean, and it was close to everything. Since we were visiting from out of town, we walked everywhere.
