The apartment's owners were a friendly, helpful family, and the location is very central, within walking distance of the busiest streets and venues. I slept badly because the beds and pillows were so poor. If those specific issues were fixed, the place could be much better.
The WiFi worked very well, and the older man downstairs was really helpful. Parking space for a car was scarce, though. The shower smelled awful and needed maintenance, and the place was badly kept and dusty enough to make me sneeze. The beds weren't comfortable either. One day there was no water, so I couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The rate was 24 euros per person per night for three people, which is fair, but after staying there I would have paid more for better accommodation. We won't come back.
The owners were friendly, and the room was fresh when we came in, as it had just been cleaned. It was very clean, fairly priced, and had no cigarette smell.

The owner felt like family, and the rooms were spotless. It's a decent place to stay, about a 10-minute walk from the park and close to the market. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
