The one good thing was that the gentleman at reception was helpful. Otherwise, there wasn't anything positive to say. I've never seen a hotel this dirty: the sofa, bathroom, and bedroom were all completely unclean. The low price doesn't make that level of dirt acceptable.

The price is reasonable, so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. It has a kitchen, which might make it better for a longer stay, but I definitely wouldn't choose it for just a couple of nights. It's more of an apartment than a hotel, with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. There's a double bed in the bedroom and an L-shaped sofa in the living room, which doesn't seem very suitable for families with children. The neighborhood stays noisy, with shouting and yelling until 2 or 3 in the morning. That may not matter in winter, but in summer there's no air conditioning, so you have to sleep with the windows open. As soon as you enter, there's a very strong cigarette smell. The building is new, but it doesn't feel well maintained. Apart from that, there's not much else to say.

At night the rooms were warm, and the price was low. The young receptionist greeted people with a smile and answered questions sincerely. Those were the only real positives for me. The place is near the university but a little far from the city center. Security and parking don't seem to be a problem, but hygiene is. The floors were dusty and the bathrooms weren't clean enough. When we opened the bed that night, the sheets had all sorts of hair and stains on them. I think they'd just covered the beds after the previous guests. We asked for fresh sheets, and thankfully they brought four sheets and four pillowcases. The beds were all very different for comfort, and my brother's was like marble, practically concrete. If you're even a little particular about hygiene, I wouldn't recommend it. If these things don't bother you, it could be a nice, nearly free place to stay in Eskişehir.

Having a Şok Market right next door is handy. The rooms are functional, and the service was clean and attentive. If you can put up with a few minor flaws, it's a very good stay for the price.
