The staff were friendly, and the hotel sits right in central Sincan, with a few reserved parking spots out front. Breakfast isn't served here. The rooms were very clean, though packed full.

We cancelled and won't be staying. The hotel wanted us to provide our marriage certificate before we arrived.

The cleaning staff were attentive and caring, and the rooms, linens, bathrooms, and shared spaces were all extremely hygienic. The hotel was impressively clean, making it a comfortable, peaceful place to stay.

The room was freezing, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. They seemed to think switching on the air conditioning for guests would warm things up, but Ankara is cold. I ended up sleeping under two blankets. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

There were cockroaches in the room, and it really needed fumigating. The rooms weren't clean enough either. Breakfast was poor and everything came out ice cold. To top it off, they couldn't even issue a bill properly.
