I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were friendly, the bathroom was spotless, and breakfast had lots of options.

The wifi connection was bad, and housekeeping came in to clean my room without asking permission. Breakfast didn’t suit Asian tourists.

The hotel’s interior is beautiful, and check-in was quick and easy. I stayed for a night and half a day in a comfortable room with simple decor, a cozy bed, and everything needed. Dinner choices were limited, though the food we could get was good. We wanted to visit the Turkish hamam the next day, but it was booked up until after checkout. We found out guests can use it only when there’s an open slot. There’s also a sauna, a cold shower, and a pool, but the pool was closed on Sunday. The place felt clean and safe, and I’d recommend it if they give guests’ needs more priority.

The operations manager, Mr Ismail, really stood out. He was always ready to help and led the team exceptionally well. The staff were very friendly too. One of the best hotels in bursa.
