Ms. Sevde at reception was especially kind and professional, always ready to help with a warm smile. Her hospitality made my stay special, and the service was exceptional throughout. BURÇMAN hotel is right in the heart of Bursa, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bursa for comfort, good service, and a central location. I'll choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I really appreciated the breakfast service. Yasmin, who served us, treated us kindly. Thank you.

The location was great, and we had a nice breakfast during our one-night stay. The staff were really kind and ended up giving us 2 rooms instead of one, which was lovely. My one concern was cleanliness: the room carpets and floors beneath the beds didn't look very clean, and the beds seemed a bit dusty. That was disappointing.

We came for a family stay of 3 days and ended up extending it to 5 because we loved the visit so much. The location made all kinds of services easy to get to, and the price felt worth it, with good room service and no excessive cost. Everyone on the hotel team was cooperative, supportive, and friendly, from the valet to the food server. Breakfast was good quality and had enough variety.

Really nice stay. The staff were welcoming, kind, and very supportive, especially Ms Sevde, who helped us all the way. She showed hospitality at its best.
