Hotel Anatolia

We came as a group and had a pleasant stay at Anatolia Hotel Bursa. The staff were welcoming, the rooms cozy, and breakfast decent. There’s a local store nearby that stays open until 10 PM, handy for picking up snacks and essentials. Good value overall.

The room was cozy, and the Queen bed worked okay for a couple, though a king size would be better. Everything worked except the shower door, which hit the towel rack and wouldn’t open freely. A plus size person couldn’t get in. I think moving the rack a little higher would fix it without hurting the look.

We booked one night at Anatolia Bursa in a connected family room, so it was really two rooms. Both were very compact, and the beds were smaller than standard, which wasn’t good. Even though the rooms were marked non smoking, everything smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the curtains, carpet, and duvet covers. I also found an ash try and match box in the room. The carpets and doors looked very old. The management listened to our complaint but responded plainly that they weren’t going to do anything. Our kids coughed all night and woke with sleepy eyes. They were affected during the next day of travel, which was painful. I’d never return, and would be careful about booking here with kids. Breakfast choices were very limited. We asked for an Ala crt omelette and paid for it, which was fine, and it tasted good. Thanks.

The view is on another level, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We were really happy with how kind and professional the staff were. Amazing service all around 👏🏻 We’ll stay here again when we’re back in Bursa. Thanks for everything, see you soon 🥂
