We waited a long time for the car to come down in the elevator after the electricity went out. The staff were aggressive and unfriendly. Only the barking guy was nice and spoke English. Breakfast was okay, but the nearby mall's td bakery shops do better. The building is very old and in poor shape. There are nice underground parking lots with an electric elevator. The location is close to almost everything, though right in the middle of the electrical and car spare parts market, which is very noisy.

My stay was enjoyable in every detail, with elegance and comfort throughout. Every staff member was respectful, polished, friendly, and helpful, giving the place a warm, welcoming feel. The lobby looked great, and our room was kept in very good shape. Breakfast had a good range of options too. The two men at reception were professional and friendly, with that helpful Turkish warmth. The hotel is in a great spot, with tourist friendly surroundings. I’d recommend it.
