Denizhan Otel

We couldn't manage even one night and left, but they wouldn't refund us. The hotel was full of bed bugs and ants, and incredibly dirty. Check the pictures and comments before booking. I have videos and photos if anyone wants to see them. This is the worst hotel ever!

The location was the only good part. The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear everything the people next door are doing 🤢🤢. Everything else was terrible. I thought this was a good hotel until they scammed me, charged me twice, and the man lied and treated us really badly.

I booked six nights, but we checked out within two hours of arriving and didn't even bother asking for a refund. Staff were very unprofessional and didn't understand English. The price was cheap, but you'd still expect the basics: water leaking everywhere, a broken curtain, no hot water, and a broken toilet seat. The place felt gloomy, with very little lighting. I only gave it one star because zero wasn't an option.

Every room seemed to have several broken things. They moved us twice, but the door still wouldn't lock, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was old and broken. Noise from other guests made a good night's sleep impossible. Carpets were stained, furniture broken, and the whole place felt dirty and run-down. The staff were remarkably unhelpful and rude when I asked for help. At Denizhan Otel, the receptionists seemed to make a point of leaving guests feeling unwelcome and unimportant. I wouldn't wish this stay on anyone, and if I could give zero stars, I would. Breakfast was barely edible: stale bread, weak coffee and eggs I couldn't identify. When I politely asked about getting breakfast, the crotchety old woman snapped that it was over and nothing could be done. She swore repeatedly while resentfully doing the dishes, as if guests were to blame for her having no help. There were safety hazards too, with useless fire alarms and blocked emergency exits. I know this may sound exaggerated or overly sensitive, and you might think it's just one person's opinion, but seriously avoid this hotel. Reading a bad review is one thing, staying there is another.
