For the price, this is honestly one of the best Turkish hotels I've stayed in. The decor in the room is worn, and there was some hair on the bathroom floor, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English, though Google Translate worked for us. Wi-Fi was adequate, and breakfast was great, with small changes each morning. The location is really good, and the hotel was easier to find than many Turkish hotels tucked away in small streets and alleys.

I enjoyed my two nights at this modern hotel. The location is central, within walking distance of most of the places I needed, and they provide parking. Breakfast is simple but enough. The staff were great, even though they spoke very little English, and that wasn't a problem. The rooms were modern and extremely comfortable. I'd choose this hotel if I returned to Bursa.

I slept well and appreciated how quiet it was. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean enough for me, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice range of options. The central location is about a 5-10 minute walk from Osmangazi metro station, and for the price, my two-night stay felt like a 4-star experience at a 3-star price. My only complaint was the complimentary toiletries. The soap left my hands feeling oddly slippery, and I didn't like the gels.

Check-in was easy, and every staff member was friendly. BY OTEL NILUFER was well placed for exploring the area, and I enjoyed the breakfast choices. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

I spent one night here with my family, and we had a very positive stay. Check-in was quick, and the genuinely helpful staff were available whenever we needed assistance. They made sure everything went smoothly and comfortably.
