I’d probably stay here again. The room was pretty nice and clean, the staff were friendly and somewhat helpful, though a little hard to get hold of. The shower wasn’t very good. The location was fine for me since I like walking, but it’s about a 20-minute walk to anything interesting, so you might prefer to stay nearer the city center. Nothing really stood out, which I think is more good than bad. Good value, even if it’s nothing to write home about.

Breakfast was great, and the place itself is cute with a free parking lot nearby. But the room felt cramped because there was too much stuff in it. The shower head was broken, and the room didn't smell great. It was also really loud: every step made the floors creak, so much so that you could hear people walking upstairs, and there was noise from outside too.

Breakfast was better than at other hotels I've stayed in across Turkiye, and I'd gladly come back. I spent four nights here and found the location very convenient, with Koca Han Market and the Grand Mosque of Bursa within walking distance near the old city. Receptionist Ishelay was a big help with onward travel plans and arranging a local driver for Sogut and Bilecik.

The price was good for what I got, and I had a comfortable stay. Isilay at reception welcomed me warmly and was helpful whenever I needed advice. The hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and Grand Mosque, with plenty of places to eat nearby. I'd consider staying here again.

I could see mount uludag in the distance from my window. The hotel was clean, had a lift, and check-in went smoothly. It was worth the price, too, with lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance in the main city centre.
