The hotel is nice and the rooms are good, but it's up a hill, which could be difficult if you can't walk much. When we paid, the owner didn't return all our change and said he'd give it later. He kept ignoring us, and we didn't understand why until we eventually let it go. The amount itself didn't bother me, but I didn't appreciate being ignored.

The listing before I booked said there were no stairs and that the place was suitable for disabled guests. That wasn't true, and they weren't even willing to cancel and refund. I spoke with Airbnb support and canceled because the information was misleading; I got my money back. It was a scam and delayed me for several hours. I don't recommend it, since they seem to want your money by any means.

The owner was very attentive and caring. This is a clean, quiet hotel, and I'd especially recommend it for families looking for a safe, peaceful place to stay 😊

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is close to public transportation and some great restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely, large room. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, with enough cafes and restaurants nearby.
