The family-run farm setting is what made Aybela feel like a real outing, not just breakfast. We could wander the grounds and pick vegetables from the garden, and there are wooden chalets for a quiet overnight stay. The staff welcomed us like family, which made the visit even warmer. The breakfast was fresh and carefully prepared, with cheeses, olives, homemade jams, honey, vegetables, and warm pastries. It all tasted as if it had come straight from the farm. If you're near Samsun and want Turkish countryside food and hospitality, this is a lovely place to visit.
