Emrah and Enes at the front desk made things easier by helping us with sightseeing information and other needs. The breakfast team were proactive, helpful, and polite, and service throughout was quick and attentive. Our clean room was comfortable too. The location works well if you like walking and stairs. The metro and bus station are just a few feet away, but getting to the nearest public transport means climbing a steep slope. I found that tedious since I'm not especially active.

I was welcomed warmly as soon as I came in, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant and reception teams were helpful and professional, especially Bunjamin, Hüseyin, and Merhamed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and high quality towels. They provided bottled water daily. Breakfast had a great variety and was excellent. The location was great too. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I found this place by chance when my trip got extended and I wanted a more affordable alternative to Hilton Bomonti. I'd already spent eight days there and was satisfied, as usual. Here, I stayed four nights and was really glad I tried it. It's a cozy, clean, well-organized, newly built hotel with Hilton-level standards. The staff were warm and attentive, and the service was excellent. Everyone was kind and smiling. Honestly, one of my best hotel experiences. The neighborhood might not impress you at first, but there's an exit on the 5th floor that leads toward Taksim Square. It's about a 10-minute walk.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, about a 5-7 minute walk uphill to a bus station with connections to pretty much everywhere. The airport bus station is also a 15-minute walk away, and we even walked to and from Taksim. The hotel was clean and organized, and our room looked just like the picture. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Good value for money.
