Oban Suites İstanbul

I’m pleased with the staff service and attention, everything was excellent. The hotel is really well placed, with the Grand Bazaar a five-minute walk away and all the mosques about 8-10 minutes away.

We were there for three nights with my family, Sep 24-27. The location was decent, roughly a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. It’s quite old, and even the curtain rails were broken. Breakfast was honestly a joke, especially if you arrived a bit late, though still 45 minutes before closing. There were only a few bread slices, cold salads, a little honey and cheese, and nothing was replenished. My wife asked for Turkish coffee and was told no, while others who came after us were served it. The room also had small windows near the floor that toddlers could easily open. That’s a serious safety risk. Please screw them shut to prevent accidents.

The location was great, close to the tramway and all the services you need. We spent nine nights at oban suites. The owner was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was included, though the choices were limited.

We’d been here for a week, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if I returned to Türkiye. It’s family-friendly, cozy, and in an excellent location. The customer service is magnificent. Fátima, the woman who works here, is so nice and cheerful, she makes the mornings really enjoyable. They speak English very well and adapt to you if you don’t know the language. Breakfast is offered, and they have activity catalogues if you want to do something. They can make the reservations, and transportation is free when you book with them. I highly recommend this hotel.
