The spa attendant was so polite and treated me with a lot of respect. The hotel was comfortable, and while the rooms weren’t very big, they were clean and warm. I was sorry to find that the reception staff don’t speak English.

The web pictures fooled me a bit, the rooms are pretty small. They were clean, though, and at least it was warm inside 🙂. Still not bad.

The rooms were very clean, well organized and nicely designed. It’s easy to reach the highway, and the area is away from noisy spots.

Customer service was great. The food came cold, and the rooms were okay but not clean.
