Management is right there and always eager to help, and they're extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good too. Great experience for the money, strongly recommended!

The rooms are on the small side, but the staff are wonderful. It's close to the metro and accessible to the Istanbul marathon start line. I'd stay here again.

I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay, and would really recommend this place. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and both my room and the shared areas were spotless and tidy. The staff were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. I had a really good experience here.

There were plenty of nearby restaurants, and the hotel itself felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Breakfast was included, delicious, and offered lots of variety. What made the stay especially nice was the staff, who were kind and ready to help whenever I needed something. They made me feel cared for. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for the warm atmosphere and service.

The shower was barely usable because it wouldn't drain and the tube leaked in two places. There were no bedsheets when we arrived, so we had to ask for them and make the bed ourselves, and the kettle was missing too. Breakfast was supposed to be available from 8, and we planned our airport departure around that, but at 8:15 it was still being set up. Even coffee with milk wasn't ready at 8. I contacted the hotel twice about these problems and got no reply. It was a pretty bad stay, to the point that we suspect the 5-star reviews are fake.
