The Yard Boutique-hotel

I've never stayed anywhere more stunning. The design and amenities are top notch, and it's clear a lot of effort went into the place. There's plenty of great food just steps away, and they even have a resident house cat. No complaints from me. What you see is what you get, and it's perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I'll be back and highly recommend it.

The location is wonderfully central, with everything we needed within walking distance, and the price for what you get was surprisingly good. I stayed alone and felt very safe. The staff were professional, respectful, and attentive, especially Miss Sude, Ahmet Bey, and Seda Hanım, all of whom were so kind and welcoming. I also met the owner, who was unbelievably warm and sweet. You can feel the care in even the tableware. The resident cats are a lovely touch, and even Bahiyar seemed more at ease here than at home. I stayed in the Green Room, a true boutique gem in Pera. The furniture and hand-painted walls are stunning. The walls' hand-drawn artwork runs all the way from the entrance to the rooms, which makes for a unique artistic journey. The restoration was done with care, keeping the building's character while adding refined modern touches. Details from the bathroom sinks and lighting to the carefully chosen Egoa Chair show how much thought went into the design. Even my Turkish coffee cup felt deliberately chosen. Everything was bright, fresh, and spotless, with impressively strong sound insulation.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple and felt looked after the whole time. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff make you feel at home. This is a beautifully restored 150-year-old hotel, with striking design and care in the details. It offers modern comfort for anyone wanting to experience Turkish culture. A real hidden gem.
