We've stayed at Radisson Blu hotels in different parts of Europe before and never had an issue. This time felt like a bad joke. We paid extra for a Premium Room, not a standard one, expecting something special based on the online photos. We also paid more for a Superior Bedroom, knowing it was in the adjacent building, but still expected it to look like the rooms shown on the hotel's website. We started regretting the choice pretty quickly. Our rooms were in a separate section away from the nicer main part of the hotel. That alone wasn't a big deal, but when we opened the door, there was hair and other unpleasant stuff on the floor. It looked like housekeeping had taken the day off. The rooms themselves were the biggest disappointment. For what I paid, I expected something at least like the pictures online. Instead, it felt like a scam. On Monday night, a party went on under our windows until 4 a.m. At breakfast there was also an unpleasant woman who didn't speak English and demanded extra money without explaining why. Terrible experience. Give this place a wide berth. I regret every euro we spent. I've attached online photos, followed by pictures of the rooms we actually stayed in. That should make the difference clear.

A simple omelet became the memorable part of my experience, thanks to Chef Sebal at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel in Istanbul. She made it with such care, passion, and positive energy that you could feel the heart in it. The hotel's beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, and the Bosphorus view is breathtaking, but Chef Sebal herself made it special. Five stars almost doesn't cover it. The rest of the team also deserve thanks for being so kind, welcoming, and professional. Thank you, Chef Sebal and everyone, for making a small moment feel so meaningful.

My stay in Istanbul from April 16th to 23rd was comfortable and memorable, and the whole Radisson Blu team helped make it that way. Everyone I met was courteous, attentive, and ready to help, which made the visit feel seamless. Atalay and Aleyna deserve special thanks. Their warmth, professionalism, and care with the details made a real difference. They were consistently committed to making everything go smoothly, and their positive energy left a lasting impression. I look forward to coming back and enjoying the team's hospitality again.

I was initially told there wasn't a sea view room available. After I asked for a room with a nice view, they kindly gave me one overlooking the Bosphorus Bridge, and it was absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Bosphorus and was very pleased with the service. Special thanks to Assistant Front Office Manager Oğuz Çalışkanoğlu for his kindness, professionalism, and help throughout my visit. I really appreciated his hospitality and support, and the whole team made the stay enjoyable.

The relaxing atmosphere and beautiful hotel made for a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Bosphorus, and the Bosphorus view was unforgettable. Nazar at reception was especially kind, professional, and helpful. She patiently did her best to meet my requests and even upgraded my room for free to one with an amazing view. Her service made a big difference. Highly recommended!
