I wouldn’t completely write this hotel off, but it needs work on its facilities and on keeping service consistent. I had to call for nearly 20 minutes and tried the reception four or five times, but nobody answered, so I had to go downstairs myself. That’s not what I’d expect from a hotel at this level. The room was acceptable, though the new TV’s remote didn’t work properly. Several basic items were missing too: there was no bathrobe, dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste, liquid hand soap, or loofah. There were only soap bars, which aren’t very practical. Those details added up and left the stay feeling incomplete. The hotel isn’t terrible, but it needs an update to both its facilities and the way its operations and service are handled. With some improvements, it could be much better.

The calm, quiet atmosphere made this a comfortable place to rest after traveling. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast had a fresh, varied selection. I arrived after my first day of travel, exhausted, but check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and cooperative. They got us into the room without delay, explained things clearly, and quickly brought us anything we needed.

Breakfast had a good range and quality, and the stay was comfortable. I had a very pleasant time at Hampton by Hilton Bursa. Special thanks to Mr. Doğutun for the warm welcome and great hospitality. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

We also made use of the hotel’s executive lounge, spa, Turkish bath, massage, steam room, sauna, gym, and swimming pool. The stay was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable, thanks to the warm, courteous, professional staff. Iskender looked after our table at breakfast and was especially attentive and enthusiastic. He went above and beyond and added a memorable touch to our time in Bursa.

Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, and the service was excellent. As soon as we sat down, they asked my family what we wanted, including omelets and coffee. Umat and iskander made it a truly fantastic experience, with food that was great in both quantity and quality.
