The staff were kind and understanding, and I really appreciated their help. Everything was very clean during my amazing stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room itself was good, but one staff member was really impolite and rude. That left me with a bad experience during my stay at this hotel. 🥺

Both rooms were lovely, and our family had a calm, enjoyable stay. The style, comfort, and cleanliness were beyond what we expected. We felt special at Masonry Hotel, with every detail taken care of and such warm, attentive service from the whole team, especially Mr. Osman, from the moment we arrived. We're grateful to everyone and already looking forward to coming back. Masonry Hotel will be our only choice in Bursa from now on! 😍✨

We booked two rooms for June 21st to July 10th, but today they kept calling to offer us different rooms, which we turned down. Later they called again and said there'd been a mistake and the rooms we'd reserved were fully booked. We've been treated unfairly. I wouldn't trust reception to make an advance booking.
