The rooms are roomy, with a big bathroom, and the concierge were kind and helpful. One slightly spooky detail: the hallway lights come on when you move and stay lit for around 30 seconds before going dark again :O. For a budget price, though, it’s worth it.

A large, clean room with a nice city view, right in central Giresun. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly.

We couldn't stay, but they didn't refund even part of what we paid. The receptionist didn't speak English, there was no parking despite the apps saying parking was available, and the rooms smelled bad with unclean bathrooms. A terrible experience for a three-star hotel.

8/10
The internet was excellent, and reception was quick and friendly. The room felt comfortable, with good AC, extra pillows and a blanket, and a nice shower. Cleanliness was very good, the price reasonable, and breakfast good enough. It's in the middle of a lively city neighborhood with lots of shops, and there's a parking spot available too. My scores: internet 9/10, reception 9/10, price 8/10, hygiene 8/10, comfort 8/10, breakfast 7/10, location and parking 7/10.

The rooms really do look like the pictures, and breakfast and auto park are included. Merey at the desk gave excellent service and was super helpful on September 18th at 7:30 P.M. I think this hotel deserves four stars rather than three.
