The receptionist in the morning had our invoices ready, which saved us time. That was the main positive. For 4200 Lira a night, the stay felt like very poor value. The carpets were dirty, and there was an ashtray in our room even though it was meant to be non-smoking. Breakfast was limited, with many trays left empty; they stayed that way, and when I asked about green tea, the waiter just said it was finished. There was no interest in the customer. Overall, a very average hotel.

The hotel is in Bursa’s hotel district, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, including a couple of malls. Breakfast had a great selection. We were there for two nights, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first one. A decent place.

The breakfast was the only thing I liked. My room, number 706, was gloomy, and its AC didn’t work for two days even after I complained. The manager said I’d be moved to another room, but that never happened and I kept getting excuses. I was disappointed with RAMADA.

Carrefour hypermarket is within walking distance, with different food and coffee options in its food court. The hotel seems comparatively new, and the stay was good for the room rate. Breakfast, though, didn’t offer much choice.

Only the reception staff and bellboy earned my two stars. I asked for an omelette at breakfast and was told they’d run out of eggs. The room smelled of cigarettes and cooking, the sofa was ripped, and cleanliness was lacking throughout. It was a bad experience, and I won’t come back.
