The smoke smell got into our room on the second floor by day two, after the entrance was already thick with smoke on our first day. We stayed awake all night breathing it in, which was awful. We chose the hotel based on its good reviews, but as non-smokers we were really disappointed. When we raised the issue, staff shrugged and blamed the guests staying there. They only did anything after we specifically asked, and I doubt they actually told the smokers to stop.

Parking was easy and always available, and with some maintenance this could be an excellent place. As it was, it was a disaster: outlets put in haphazardly, stained walls, bathroom tiles peeling, a shower that was coming loose, and almost no soundproofing.

We stayed for about a month at this lovely boutique hotel. The team was superb, and the service and attention were excellent. You should definitely stay here.

We stayed here for a family wedding and the owners made us feel at home. For a centrally located place with friendly service, this is a good choice.

We came as three families and had a wonderful welcome. The owner, his attentive wife, and the friendly staff are lovely people. The view is magnificent, and the location is close to everything. Ulucami is 5 minutes from the mosque, and the social complexes are very close too. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend staying here.
