There was only one socket, so I had to choose between using the bedside lamp and charging my phone. The bedside switch didn't work, which meant getting up to turn off the main light. The kettle cord was so short that it had to sit on the floor to reach an outlet. It was too hot because the A/C barely worked, and the TV had no signal, so I couldn't watch any channels. The remote was filthy, as shown in the picture.

OZGE, SARDAL and SELVA at the front desk were so helpful. We wanted to go to the ski resort, but the cable car wasn't running because of maintenance. They called around their friends to find out if someone could drive us up, and it turned out to be possible. We had a really memorable, cold day in the mountains at 16,000 feet thanks to these three friendly, polite, smiley people. Thank you.

The rooms and the bathroom and toilet furnishings are very old and need restoring as soon as possible. The hotel's employees showed pleasant care and attention, and they were friendly.

Selva at the front desk made everything easy to sort out with her kind, efficient service and constant smile. She seems to have natural leadership qualities and clearly enjoys her work. Her attitude is a great example of Turkish hospitality and lifts the hotel's service. Emre also went out of his way, even leaving the hotel, to take me to an ATM. Zeynep, the young waitress at the restaurant, was always smiling and genuinely eager to help, with heartfelt, impeccable service throughout my stay. I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Tiara in Bursa, Türkiye. From the moment I arrived, the service felt warm and professional, with thoughtful touches that made a real difference. As a visitor from Puerto Rico, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Tiara. The people, service, and dedication to excellence make it stand out. Thank you for making me feel welcome! We came as a group from Malaysia. The hotel has a nice ambience and excellent service. Our rooms were clean and nice, and the food was fantastic, fresh, and good quality. The presentation was superb.
